Ultra Plant are pleased to have supplied an Ultra 3WAY to Beeches Tree Care in south London. The unit will be used primarily to screen Biomass grade wood chip for boilers onsite, and to biomass customers locally. The unit will produce a clean G30 biomass from shredded green waste accumulated from the tree surgery side of the business. The wood chip screen will not just be used as a biomass grader, but will also be used to screen a range of landscaping soils and aggregates that are also able to be recycled by the Ultra 3WAY.
The Ultra 3WAY features a 10ft x 4ft vibrating deck system that efficiently screens over size and shards from the wood chip biomass product, as well as dust and fines, allowing for a clean and perfect biomass grade chip.
