Every year at Ultra, we have a sit down and think how we can improve on what we done previously.
We have a think about what features on our range of equipment could be modified to make life easier for our customers, both on the new soil screens we sell, and on the used screening equipment sold through us and via local screen plant dealers around the world. This year we have added a range of new features to our deck screen (mobile soil screener). Mainly we have opted for hydraulic drive throughout the range. This provides more reliability than our competitors, but also provides more vibration on our deck, leading to more production, and better screening of material. On our mobile trommel range we have opted to provide oil coolers as standard on all our T1500 trommel dirt screens and soil screens. The units still feature the existing large hydraulic tank and and no changes have been made the operation of the new hydraulic drive system.
Ultra Screen will be pushing ahead with demonstrations of our dirt screens and soil screens in the UK and Ireland and internationally though our dealer network. We have dealers all around Europe and in the USA.
